13,255 people welcomed in the first UFC event of 2010 in Las Vegas on Saturday night for a gate of close to $2 million.  Meanwhile several fighters were awarded $50,000 bonuses for their performances inside the octagon.

Rightfully earning Fight Of The Night on the occasion was the three round battle between Sam Stout (his fourth such award) and Joe Lauzon.

Knockout Of The Night went to Paul Daley for his deadly left hook which left Dustin Hazelett stretched out on the canvas in the first round.

As expected Cole Miller’s inspired Kimura via inverted triangle against Dan Lauzon won Submission Of The Night.
