UFC 108: Fighter Salaries

The salaries for Saturday night’s UFC 108 event have been announced, and the figures show that Rashad Evans was by far and away the biggest earning on the card.

The former light-heavyweight champion took home a cool $375,000 for his unanimous decision win over Thiago Silva who earned $55,000.

Meanwhile Junior Dos Santos claimed $60,000 for his first round TKO of Gilbert Yvel. Despite fighting on the undercard Martin Kampmann was the fourth biggest earner of the night, leaving the event with a $46,000 cheque.

At the other end of the scale was John Guderson who ended up with just $5,000 for his defeat in the opening fight of the night.

After coming in a pound overweight Paul Daley was fined 10% of his purse which was added to Dustin Hazelett’s earnings for the evening.
