The fighter salaries for UFC 109 are in, and it’s no great surprise to learn that Randy Couture walked away with the biggest payday from the event – $250,000.

Second up on the payroll was Matt Serra who’s bank balance was boosted by $150,000 for his 1st round defeat of Frank Trigg.

No other fighter earned a six figure salary this time round, with Chael Sonnen next in line with $64,000, followed by Demian Maia ($62,000) and Mark Coleman ($60,000) close behind.

At the other end of the scale, Ronys Torres UFC debut earned him just $4,000.
