An impressive 17,000 fans packed into the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday night, bringing in $4 million in gate receipts for the UFC.

The fighters reaped some of the benefits of the money-spinning event with $65,000 being on offer for the fighter bonus awards on the night.

That was good news for both Rodney Wallace and Jared Hamman who earned the ‘Fight Of The Night’ award for their competitive scrap in the prelims.

Meanwhile heavyweight powerhouse Shane Carwin claimed the ‘Knockout Of The Night’ award after conducting a one-man demolition job on Frank Mir.

Rounding out the awards, Kurt Pellegrino walked away $65,000 richer after earning the ‘Knockout Of The Night’ award for his rear naked choke on 2nd-degree BJJ fighter Fabricio Camoes.
