UFC 121: Lesnar Vs Velasquez – Fighter Salaries

The full list of fighter salaries resulting from last weekend’s UFC 121: Lesnar Vs Carwin event has now been released.

Unsurprisingly the figures show that Brock Lesnar took home the biggest cheque, earning $400,000 despite losing his heavyweight title to Cain Velasquez who took home $200,000. The second biggest earner on the night though was Tito Ortiz who despite losing boosted his bank balance to the tune of $250,000.

Despite not performing the way he would have liked in his UFC debut Jake Shields can console himself with the fact that he’s now $150,000 richer and is next in line for a shot at GSP’s belt. Long time UFC fighter Diego Sanchez was next on the earnings list, taking home a solid $100,000.
