UFC 168 Medical Suspensions List

The medical suspensions are in for UFC 168 and show a number of fighters facing a six month suspension.

Naturally, headliner Anderson Silva is amongst them after breaking his leg in the second round of his rematch with Chris Weidman, though it’s believed it could be at least a year before he’d able to return to action – assuming he chooses to do so.

Josh Barnett is also out for six months due to a facial fracture acquired during a barrage of elbows courtesy of Travis Browne that ended his night by KO.

A damaged right shoulder also puts Dustin Poirier on the treatment table for six months despite the fact he actually won his fight on the main card.

Finally, Manny Gamburyan will have to take half a year out if an MRI scan proves that he has damaged his left knee.
