UFC 175 Fighter Salaries

Chris Weidman took home a pay cheque befitting of a champion following UFC 175 on Saturday night, earning $450,000 which was by far the biggest salary of the night.

The man he defeated, Lyoto Machida was next on the list with $200,000, while Ronda Rousey also earned a six figure sum of $120,000 (not bad for 16 seconds of Octagon time!), while Urijah Faber also earned the same amount for fronting the final fight on the preliminary card prior to the PPV.

The salaries fall off dramatically after that with preliminary fighter Kenny Robertson being the next highest earner to the tune of $28,000.

Throughout it all I've remained captivated by the sport and I'm excited to cover what comes next here on MMA Insight.
