Saturday night’s UFC Fight Night 67 event was watched by an average of 813,000 viewers on FOX Sports 1.

That’a a decent showing, producing the best ratings the UFC has produced for a Fight Night card on FS1 for a few months, though not matching up to their impressive start to 2015 which saw a string up events in January and February pull in over a million viewers.

Saturday’s show did peak with 1,050,000 viewers, curiously during a largely uneventful encounter between Ryan Jimmo and Francimar Barroso which was most notable for the fact Jimmo got hit so hard in the unmentionables that he required a five minute break accompanied by a sick bucket!

It’s disappointing that the audience didn’t stick around past that as both the co-main event between Charles Oliveira and Nik Lentz, plus the main event pairing of Carlos Condit and Thiago Alves, provided good levels of entertainment.

Earlier, the preliminary card also produced solid ratings, with 713,000 viewers tuning in to see a line-up fronted by Rony ‘Jason’ Vs Damon Jackson.

Next up for the UFC is ‘Fight Night 68’ this coming Saturday night which also airs on FOX Sports 1 with Dan Henderson Vs Tim Boetsch serving as the main event and Matt Mitrione Vs Ben Rothwell taking the co-main event slot.
