On Saturday night the UFC will put on their second ‘Fight For The Troops’ event which airs live on Spike TV and aims to raise money for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund charity.

“The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is leading an urgent effort to support the tens of thousands of U.S. military personnel and veterans suffering from traumatic brain injury due to injuries sustained during their service in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Fund is a national leader in supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces and their families and has provided over $120 million in support for the families of military personnel lost in service to our nation, and for severely wounded military personnel and veterans.”

Fans can make a donation to the charity now online at fightforthetroops.com. In addition there’s also an auction set up on the site where fans can bid for special memorabilia and more, with the proceeds also going to the charity.

Some of the goodies available include a UFC VIP experience at an event of your choosing, a UFC Custom Camaro, a dinner with the Octagon Girls at a UFC event, and a private training session with Randy Couture and Forrest Griffin to name but a few.

There’s still plenty of time to get bidding so check it out and be sure to help spread the word so that as much money can be raised as possible.
