UFC On Fuel TV 6: Medical Suspensions

The medical suspensions report resulting from last weekend’s UFC On Fuel TV 6 event in Macao is now in and show a number of fighters facing up to six months on the sidelines.

Amongst them are headliners Cung Le, who injured his right elbow, and Rich Franklin who damaged his left thumb along with suffering a particularly devastating knockout.

Elsewhere an injury to Thiago Silva’s right hand saw him being handed a 180 day suspension while Mac Danzig faces the same length of time out due to an injured left thumb and elbow.

Six months out is also the order of the day for both Tiequan Zhang and Jon Tuck for a nasal fracture and right shoulder injury respectively.

All the above fighters can get back to action quicker if they are given clearance to do so from a doctor.
