The UFC have anounced that their first event on the FX channel on January 20th will be headlined by lightweight stars Melvin Guillard and Jim Miller.
Miller and Guillard are both coming off losses in the division, but prior to that had gone of a combined winning streak of 13 fights in the UFC which had placed them on the brink of title contention.
While billed as ‘UFC On FX 1’ this is to all intents and purposes ‘UFC Fight Night 26’. Guillard has previously fronted two Fight Night cards, but this will be Miller’s first time headlining a show.
The promotion had previously announced that Pat Barry Vs Christian Morecraft and Josh Neer Vs Duane Ludwig will also feature on the card.
