It’s been a while since we’ve heard an update on UFC Fighter Matt Grice’s health after the car crash he was involved in last year that left him with a life-threatening brain injury.

The last we heard Grice was starting the long road to recovery and doing remarkably well, all things considered, and in this latest update courtesy of KOCO 5 News it seems that he’s still on the right track.

While Grice now seems to be acknowledging that his days as a UFC fighter are probably behind him, he’s still not given up hope that he’ll be able to resume his job as a police officer on the streets.

Doctor’s say he’ll need a full year to recover however before they can assess what he’ll be able to do.
