In a new video released by Blackhouse, we get to see a behind-the-scene’s look at former UFC light-heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida in training for his upcoming fight with the legendary Randy Couture at UFC 129.

After back-to-back losses to both ‘Shogun’ Rua and ‘Rampage’ Jackson, Machida’s back is now against the wall, and he needs to get a victory against the veteran campaigner to ensure his place in the top-flight of the 205lb weight class, and give his fans hope that ‘The Machida Era’ may not be gone after all.

Currently in training back in Brazil, in the footage below we get a chance to see Machida working heavily on resistance based drills and exercises in preparation for what could prove to be a grueling three round battle…
