The UFC launched their new app on Xbox Live last month with a free offer for thousands of fans to watch their UFC 141 event for free on the service, but the deal went pear-shaped when technical issues left them unable to watch the show.

Immediately after the event XBox vowed to make it up to those affected, and it seems they are staying true to their word as news emerges that they will give those fans access to this weekend’s UFC 142 event free of charge.

Let’s hope the service works without a hitch this time around.

Read the full statement issued today to the users affected below.
