Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3 Episode 5 Results

Below you’ll find all the results from season 3 episode 5 of Dana White’s Contender Series, where three more fighters fought their way to a UFC contract last night.

Sean Woodson only stepped into his fight with Terrance McKinney on a day’s notice and the featherweight secured his spot in the UFC courtesy of a higlight-reel flying knee KO mid-way through the second round.

Meanwhile, at light-heavyweight, Jamahal Hill also earned a UFC contract after initially focusing on repeatedly targeting Alexander Poppeck’s body early in the fight, then taking him down and finishing him with ground and pound late in the second round.

In the opening fight of the night, Billy Quarantillo managed to put a bad first round behind him and then change up his strategy against Kamuela Kirk, with his body work then paying dividends in the second round, while an early explosion of strikes in the third round finished off his opponent by TKO.
