Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contenders Week 4 Results

The fourth week of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contenders series has led to two more fighters securing UFC contract.

Julian Marquez earned his contract after a competitive battle with Phil Hawes in the main event.

It was actually Hawes who had got the better of the first five minutes on the mat, but in the second Marquez was able to retaliate, hurting his opponent with a right hand early, then went on to knock him out with a head kick mid-way through the round.

Brandon Davis also booked his spot in the UFC earlier in the evening with a unanimous decision win over Austin Arnett.

Davis was able to get the better of his opponent on the feet and the mat over the course of 15 minutes, and the fact that this was his seventh victory in a row helped convince White that he was worthy of a deal.
