Invicta FC 24 took place last night on UFC Fight Pass and we’ve got all the results for you below.
In the main event of the evening, Mara Romero Borella made an immediate impression in her Invicta FC debut by defeating former UFC fighter Milana Dudieva by split decision (30-27. 28-29, 29-28).
Dudieva’s best work came in the first round when she landed an early takedown and later threatened with a guillotine choke, but after that it was Borella who gained the upper-hand in the second and third rounds with takedowns and long spells of control on top to earn the victory.
Meanwhile, in the co-main event Jinh Yu Frey was able to best Ashley Cummins on the scorecards, emerging with a unanimous decision victory (30-27 x2, 29-28) thanks to her repeated takedowns and top control, though she had to survive some significant submission attempts along the way.
