Jordan Leavitt KO’s Matt Wiman Via Slam In 22 Seconds At UFC On ESPN 19

Jordan Leavitt took less than 30 seconds to knockout Matt Wiman with a brutal slam tonight at UFC On ESPN 19.

Round One:

Wiman backs up to start. Kicks exchanged and then Leavitt goes for a takedown and picks him up, then walks him right across the Octagon to where his cornermen are.

Leavitt with a big slam and the side of Wiman’s head greets the mat and knocks him out cold! The fight is over already by a highlight-reel KO slam after just 22 seconds of the opening round.

There was concern for Wiman afterwards as he lay on the mat even after Leavitt departed, but thankfully he was eventually shown sitting up and later standing as he spoke to the cage-side doctor while trying to piece together what had just happened.
