Following this evening’s UFC 166 show in Houston the recipients of the evening’s $50,000 bonus awards were announced.
Picking up ‘Fight Of The Night’ honors was of course the astonishing 15 minute brawl between Gilbert Melendez and Diego Sanchez, an instant classic for sure.
‘Knockout Of The Night’ went to John Dodson who stopped Darrell Montague in the opening bout of the pay-per-view card.
Finally, ‘Submission Of The Night’ was handed to Anthony Ferguson who had in fact the only sub of the evening, and an impressive one it was too with a d’arce choke against Mike Rio.
