UFC Fight Night 242 takes place this coming Saturday night, September 7th in Las Vegas and we’ve got the full fight car dfor you below.
In the main event there’s welterweight action as former title contender Gilbert Burns attempts to shake off back-to-back losses when he goes up against Sean Brady, who has gone 6-1 in the promotion so far.
In the co-main event Jessica Andrade looks to build on back-to-back victories when she fights Natalia Silva, who has compiled a five-fight winning streak since joining the UFC.
Steve Garcia is unbeaten in his last four fights, while his next opponent Kyle Nelson has three wins and a draw over the same period of time.
Matt Schnell is under pressure after two KO losses in a row, and will now try to turn things around against Alessandro Costa, who has gone 1-1 in the promotion.
Trevor Peek will attempt to improve upon his 2-2 run in the UFC so far when he squares up to Yanal Ashmouz, who won his promotional debut by KO, but is coming off a decision loss.
And opening up the card will be Road To UFC Season 2 lightweight champion Rong Zhu, who now goes on to fight Chris Padilla, who won his UFC debut in April by submission.
