Julija Stoliarenko earned a quick submission finish against Molly McCann tonight at UFC: London.
Round One:
Stoliarenko pressing forward to start and lands a couple of low kicks. Overhand right lands for McCann.
Jab for McCann as Stoliarenko continues to press forward. Stoliarenko feeling out with her jab without connecting. She lands a nice right hand now.
Both coming into range throwing punches at the same time. Now Stoliarenko in on a takedown attempt and she manages to get McCann down and takes the back while hunting for a potential choke.
McCann able to steer clear of that and then scrambles on top, but Stoliarenko have up the position to work on an armbar attempt and it looks tight. McCann rolling in desperation to try to escape this deep submission attempt, but then quickly taps out in pain at 1.55mins of the opening round.
