Michael Bisping Talks About Fighting Anderson Silva In New Interview

At the weekend UFC president Dana White indicated that if Michael Bisping can beat Vitor Belfort in January then he’ll get a shot at Anderson Silva’s title.

Bisping’s been calling loudly for a title shot for some time now so needless to say he’s pleased to hear his boss say so, but how exactly does the UK fighter really think he’d fare in a fight with the man ranked No.1 on most people’s pound-for-pound list?

“Listen, I’ve never been in there, I don’t know,” Bisping tells the Inside MMA show on AXS:TV. “I believe in myself, I believe in skills, I believe in my training. I believe in my ferocity as a fighter. I’ll get in there and I’ll fight him. I certainly won’t fall down like some of these bums have done lately.”
