UFC stars Michael Bisping and Luke Barnatt made an appearance on UK channel BT Sport today to give an MMA demonstration showing off some of the basic techniques they use in the Octagon.
Bisping hammed it up a bit for the cameras making it a fun segment to watch as you’ll see for yourselves in the video below.
