War Machine is still in hiding today as police continue to seek him for questioning regarding an incident at the home he shares with his girlfriend, porn star Christy Mack that left her and another person hospitalized.
War Machine, who was released from his contract with Bellator after news of the story first broke on Friday, did however attempt to contact Mack yesterday on Twitter where he hinted at what may have sparked off the alleged assault.
“@ChristyMack I love you and hope you’re okay. I came him(sp) early to surprise you and help you set up for your convention. I can’t believe what I found and can’t believe what happened.
“I’m so heart broken…in all ways. I will always love you.”
Since the story emerged rumors have swirled that War Machine discovered Mack sleeping with another MMA fighter, but in one of the few Twitter messages she has posted after the incident she told someone, “Actually, that’s not a fact.”
While Mack has been keeping quiet, presumably because it’s now a legal matter, former UFC fighter Tito Ortiz’s ex-girlfriend, porn legend Jenna Jameson, hasn’t shown the same level of restraint.
“Please EVERYONE pray for my amazing, beautiful friend @christymack, she is in the hospital with massive injuries inflicted by her ex,” Jameson wrote on Twitter. “She is a beautiful soul, and I know she has the guts to press charges on @warmachine. I know her friend was also injured, and I pray for him also, also my heart is with their families! #lovesick #staystrong #noabuse #nosilence #dontrepeatmymistake #ihaveyourback.”
It should be noted that after that message was posted Mack did write back to say, “Thank you” to Jameson.
Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Mack remains in hospital and is currently having difficulty speaking due to the injuries she suffered during the incident. Hours earlier MMA reporter FrontRowBrian had claimed on Twitter that Mack was suffering from “a broken jaw and eye socket”.
