Khabib, Jones And Diaz Fire Back At Conor McGregor Over G.O.A.T. Talk

Conor McGregor recently proclaimed that he was already No.2 on the Greatest Of All Time list, while critiquing some of the sport’s other leading stars, and now a few of them have fired back at him over his comments.

Amongst them was Khabib Nurmagomedov, who wasn’t even mentioned on McGregor’s list and was less than impressed that the Irish fighter had ranked himself so highly.

“You tapped out in featherweight, you tapped out in lightweight and you tapped in welterweight, you never defended title in the UFC or Cage Warriors, you gave up more than GSP, Spider and Bones all together,” Nurmagomedov wrote.

“you greatest @ufc fighter in twitter history.”

Jon Jones also called into question McGregor being in the No.2 spot due to the fact he’d never defended any of his titles.

“[🤫] And Still,” Jones wrote. “Try that one first lad.

“I’m not going to debate on who is the goat, I’ll let the fans do that for me.”

Meanwhile, Nate Diaz pitched in to blast McGregor and pitch his own claim for a spot on the G.O.A.T. list.

“Smoked the #1 p4p and double champ,” Diaz responded.
“know the real [🐐] when you see him
And don’t for get I did it better and quicker than anyone else on the ground and sent him down with punches quicker than Mayweather did so fuck alll y’all rankings and know a real goat when you see me.”
