Bellator 236 took place last night in Hawaii and we’ve got all the results for you below.
In the main event, Ilima-lei Macfarlane delighted the Hawaiian fans by successfully defending her flyweight title on home soil against Kate Jackson.
Macfarlane dominated the action throughout the fight, with her grappling proving to be too much for Jackson, though despite her repeated submission attempts she was never quite able to find the finish she was huting for and had to settle for a unanimous decision win on the scorecards (50-45, 50-44 x2).
Meanwhile, in the co-main event A.J. Mckee extended his unbeaten career run to an impressive 16-0 with a third round submission victory over Derek Campos in the semi-finals of the featherweight grand-prix.
McKee controlled the action from start to finish and racked up the fifth submission finish of his career along the way courtesy of an armbar.
