Former UFC and current Bellator star Chael Sonnen will be part of the cast for the ‘New Celebrity Apprentice’ show, which begins airing on NBC starting on January 2nd.
Sonnen will be one of 16 celebrities on the show alongside the likes of singer Boy George, actor Jon Lovitz, former NFL stars Eric Dickerson and Ricky Williams, boxer Taita Ali and reality TV star, ‘Snooki’.
The biggest celebrity of all though will be the man who’ll fill Donald Trump’s shoes as the host of the proceedings – ‘The Guv’nor’ himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
It’s going to be a busy start to 2017 for Sonnen as he’s also set to fight Tito Ortiz (who also appeared in a previous series of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ a few years ago) at Bellator 170 on January 21st on Spike TV.
Sonnen also serves as an analyst for ESPN, has his own podcast, ‘You’re Welcome!’ and recently became the frontman for the ‘Submission Underground’ grappling promotion, whose next event is headlined by Jon Jones Vs Dan Henderson and also includes Miesha Tate Vs Jessica Eye.
