Due to UFC 196 having been changed to UFC Fight Night 82 there’s no UFC pay-per-view event in February, but there’s still a number of major MMA events still worthy of your attention, so let’s get right to it.
—

—
Friday, February 19th: Bellator 149 – Shamrock Vs Gracie

Quite possibly against their better judgement, Bellator are going right back to MMA’s beginnings with a trilogy fight between the now 51 year-old Ken Shamrock and 49 year-old Royce Gracie in the main event of Bellator 149.
Adding to the circus like atmosphere the co-main event will feature a fight between backyard brawling rivals Kimbo Slice and Dhafir ‘Dada 5000’ Harris.
—
Saturday, February 20th: WSOF 28 – Moraes Vs Barajas
Where: California, United States
World Series Of Fighting’s offering for the month sees a bantamweight title fight between Marlon Moraes and Joseph Barajas topping the bill.
—
Sunday, February 21st: UFC Fight Night 83 – Cerrone Vs Oliveira
Where: Pittsburgh, United States
A rare Sunday night UFC event finds the promotion in Pittsburgh with two ‘Cowboy’s’ headlining as Donald Cerrone goes up against late replacement Alex Oliveira.
Co-main event duties here are taken by Derek Brunson and Roan Carneiro, while Coby Garbrandt also fights John Lineker and Dennis Bermudez is in action against Tatsuya Kawajiri.
—
Friday, February 26th: Bellator 150 – Galvao Vs Dantas 2
Where: Kansas, United States
Bellator’s second event of the month focuses on a title rematch between current bantamweight champion Marcos Galvao and Eduardo Dantas, with Dantas having won their previous fight back in 2013.
Former UFC heavyweight Cheick Kongo will also be fighting on the main card against Vinicius Kappke de Queiroz.
—

Rounding off the month there’s major UFC Fight Pass action as Anderson Silva returns from his steroid suspension to take on England’s own Michael Bisping in his home country.
