UFC 166 Fight Card

UFC 166 takes place this coming Saturday night, October 19th, in Houston, Texas and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.

Headlining the show is a rubber match between current heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos.

There’s more heavyweight action in the co-main event too as Daniel Cormier embarks on his final fight in the division before moving to 205lbs against Roy Nelson.

Meanwhile, there’s a good chance we’ll see fireworks in the lightweight division encounter between former Strikeforce 155lb champ Gilbert Melendez and Diego Sanchez.

A third heavyweight fight features on the main card as veteran campaigner Gabriel Gonzaga looks to snap Shawn Jordan’s two-fight unbeaten run.

The main card will be opened up by flyweight action as former No.1 contender John Dodson welcomes the highly regarded prospect Darrell Montague to the Octagon for the first time.

The prelims are also well worth paying attention to at UFC 166, with Nate Marquardt Vs Hector Lombard being perhaps the pick up the bunch, but other fights like CB Dollaway Vs Tim Boetsch, Sarah Kaufman Vs Jessica Eye and George Sotiropoulos Vs KJ Noons making this one of the most solid undercards to a PPV Card we’ve seen so far this year.
