Japan is the destination for UFC Fight Night 52 this coming Saturday night and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.
Headlining the show is former PRIDE star Mark Hunt who’ll take on Roy Nelson in a hard hitting heavyweight clash featuring two of the best chins in the sport.
In the co-main event Myles Jury will look to continue his ascent up the official lightweight top 10 rankings when he faces Japanese star Takanori Gomi.
After a two year absence due to a string of injuries, Amir Sadollah finally steps back into the Octagon and he’ll face off against Yoshihiro Akiyama who’s been out even longer – last fighting in the UFC over two and a half years ago.
Miesha Tate is currently ranked at No.2 in the woman’s bantamweight division, so it’s a little surprising that she’s been tasked with welcoming unranked newcomer Rin Nakai to the Octagon, though the Japanese ‘Queen Of Pancrase’ does wield a perfect 16-0 record.
Rounding off the main card we have a further two bouts, with Kiichi Kunimoto taking on Dave Walsh in the welterweight division, while former Shooto bantamweight champ Kyoji Horiguchi fights Jon Dolos Reyes.
