The UFC returns to Fuel TV on Tuesday night (May 15th) for it’s third event on the channel broadcasting live from Virginia with a six fight main card.
Headlining the show is a featherweight fight between up and coming star Dustin Poirier and fan favorite ‘The Korean Zombie’ Chan Sung Jung who has the distinction of having won the ‘Fight Of The Year’ in 2010 (against Leonard Garcia), and then the ‘Submission Of The Year’ in 2011 (a twister, also against Garcia).
Rivalling that for ‘Fight Of The Night’ on Tuesday will undoubtedly be a lightweight scrap between the always-entertaining Donald Cerrone and Jeremy Stephens.
Former TUF winner Amir Sadollah is also back on action on the Fuel card taking on Jorge Lopez who’s seeking his first win in the UFC following a defeat to Justin Edwards in his debut.
Throw in bantamweight action between Jeff Houghland and Yves Jabouin, a light-heavyweight tussle between Fabio Maldonado and Igor Pokrajac plus a middleweight encounter featuring Tom Lawlor Vs Jason MacDonald and you’ve got yourself the full main card for the mid-week show.
