World Series Of Fighting have completed the main card of their debut event on NBC Sports in November with the addition of ex-UFC fighter Anthony Johnson taking on DJ Linderman.
Johnson is currently on a three-fight winning streak since being cut by the UFC earlier in the year, with two of those wins coming in the light-heavyweight division.
Now settled at 205lbs, Johnson is targeting a return to the UFC, and recently Dana White indicated that if the former welterweight could get another win under his belt then he would seriously consider welcoming him back to the promotion.
To do so he’ll need to get past former Bellator fighter Linderman who’s on a three-fight winning streak of his own and has a 14-3 record overall.
WSOF have also confirmed the Miguel Torres opponent on the same card will be Marlon Moraes (8-4), while Andrei Arlovski will fight Devin Cole in the main event.
