Spike TV are set to pull out all the stops in order to promote Bellator 131’s headline bout between Tito Ortiz and Stephan Bonnar on November 15th with extra programming for the fight being served up during fight week.

Firstly, on Wednesday, 12th November at 11pm ET, Spike TV will air ‘Tito Vs Bonnar: Winner Takes All’, which features a face-to-face interview with the two veterans.

The half-hour show will then be followed by ‘Unrivaled: Tito Ortiz’, looking at the former UFC champion and ‘Hall Of Famer’s’ career.

Then on the eve of the event on November 14th at 10.30pm ET fans will be treated to to ‘Countdown To Ortiz Vs Bonnar’, taking a leaf straight out of the UFC’s own playbook with an in-depth preview of the main event plus the other fights on the main card including a lightweight title fight between Will Brooks and Michael Chandler, plus Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal vs Tom DeBlass and Melvin Manhoef vs Joe Schilling.

Bellator will be hoping this extra promotional push helps them stand out on what’s going to a three-way showdown between the big in the mixed martial arts world with UFC 180: Velasquez Vs Werdum taking place in Mexico on pay-per-view, while World Series Of Fighting 15: Branch Vs Okami will air over on NBC Sports.
