Brad Pickett Retirement Bout Set For UFC Fight Night 107 In London

UK fighter Brad Pickett will hang up his gloves following one last fight against Enrique Briones at UFC Fight Night 107 in London on March 17th.

Pickett is only just coming off another retirement bout – on that occasion to mark Urijah Faber’s final fight in the Octagon at UFC On FOX 22 in December.

Pickett ended up on the wrong end of a unanimous decision that night and that leaves the 38 year-old with just one win from his last six fights.

It’s a disappointing run for a man who UFC president Dana White had previously gone on record saying he was a fan of due to his all-or-nothing approach to fighting during a 13 fight run in the UFC, as well enjoying stints in other promotions like WEC and Cage Rage.

For his final fight ‘One Punch’ will be going up against Mexican veteran Enrique Briones, who is coming off back-to-back losses in the UFC against Cody Garbrandt and Douglas Silva de Andrade.

UFC Fight Night 107 will air exclusively on the Fight Pass subscription service and is rumored to also feature a notable light-heavyweight bout between another well known UK fighter, Jimi Manuwa and former TUF winner Corey Anderson that may well take headline duties on the night.
