Conor McGregor Says ‘F**k UFC’; Dana White Responds

Dana White talks to Conor McGregor

Conor McGregor sent out a defiant, expletive-laden Instagram post last night that took aim at the UFC, among others, and Dana White wasn’t to happy about it.

“I’m so made!” McGregor exclaimed on Instagram. “Heading to do a Q and A in front of 5000 fans! You read that right. That’s more than UFC attendance tonight. And it’s on PPV at http://www.notoriouslive.co

Fuck the UFC. Fuck Floyd. Fuck boxing. Fuck the WWE. Fuck Hollywood. And fuck you too pay me.”

White was asked about McGregor’s comments at the UFC On FOX 23 post-fight press conference, and though he tried to play it down, he did send a warning to ‘The Notorious’ that he’s playing a dangerous game.

“When you’re about to do a pay-per-view that you’re charging five bucks to listen to you talk, I’m sure you’ve got to say some pretty crazy s**t, alright?” White said.

“You know how I feel about Conor, I’ve always shown Conor nothing but respect, and if he wants to go down that road with us, let me tell you, it will be an epic fall.”

This isn’t the first time that there’s been public spat between the two parties.

McGregor was all set to rematch Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC 200 last July until the Irish star had a disagreement with the UFC brass over his media commitments, which led to White pulling him from the card and the fighter briefly threatening to retire.

They were able to smooth over their differences at a later date, with the fight eventually being rescheduled for UFC 202 the following month, but it seems that the power struggle between them still remains.
