Justin Tafa Defeats Juan Adams By First Round TKO At UFC 247

Justin Tafa made short work of Juan Adams tonight at UFC 247 courtesy of a first round TKO finish that hands him his first taste of victory inside the Octagon.

Round One:

Leg kick for Adams. Now a front kick to the body. Attempt at a body kick for Adams now. Tafa gets a leg kick of his own, and now another one.

Another front kick to the body for Adams and leg kick for Tafa. Right hand lands for Tafa and that might have hurt his opponent who goes down to one knee. Tafa follows up with a couple more punches as he’s standing.

Adams corner shouting at him to reset, but Tafa doesn’t give him time to as he wades in with a hard right hook that backs him up and then an uppercut to floor him. Adams dazed on the ground and still getting hit, which leads to a TKO stoppage win for Tafa at 1.59mins of the first round.
