Michael Bisping Injury Update Video Blog

UFC middleweight contender Michael Bisping has released a new video blog which features behind-the-scenes footage from both before and after his knee surgery earlier this week.

“I have two loose bodies floating around inside my knee, and I also have a slightly torn meniscus,” Bisping reveals. “While that sounds bad, I don’t have to have a reconstruction or major surgery.”

His doctor suggests it should take around 3-4 weeks for him to be ready for intensive training again which made the fighter’s mind up that he couldn’t fight Tim Boetsch at UFC 149 as had originally been planned.

The blog also shows the Brit on crutches after successfully undergoing the surgery.
