Michael Bisping Talks About His Knee Injury In This New Interview

There’s been all sorts of rumors flying around since it was announced that Michael Bisping had pulled out of his fight with Tim Boetsch at UFC 149 due to injury, including one that claimed that this was just a ruse to cover for the fact that Anderson Silva was going to pull out of his title fight with Chael Sonnen and ‘The Count’ was going to be his replacement.

The truth of the matter is that Bisping is genuinely injured, suffering from a torn meniscus in his knee and he undergoes surgery for it today. Luckily it’s not too serious so it shouldn’t be something that keeps him out of action for more than a few months at the very most.

Below you’ll find an interview with Bisping conducted by Fuel TV’s Karyn Bryant on the day that he discovered that he’d have to pull out of the fight.
