Ronda Rousey Beats Octagon Girls To Spot On AskMen’s ‘Top 99 Most Desirable Women’ For 2013

Watch out Arianny Celeste and Brittney Palmer – you’ve got competition! In the new 2013 edition of AskMen.com’s ‘Top 99 Most Desirable Women’ the UFC’s first ever female champion Ronda Rousey beats out the two Octagon Girl beauties to land a place on the list.

Rousey came in at No.43 on the list which was drawn up based on the votes of 2.4 million readers on the site.

Meanwhile Arianny Celeste fell out of the list despite having previously made it into the top 99 three years running, peaking at No.68 last year, while Brittney Palmer has still done the best of the ladies so far, hitting No.40 last year.

Here’s what AskMen had to say about Rousey:

“Ronda Rousey has proven to be a sexy starlet and an awesome mixed martial artist. Not only has she charmed audiences on Conan and ESPN this year, but she’s also proven time and time again that she has the fighting skills to back up her cuteness: She won a bronze medal in the 2008 Olympics and a Strikeforce Bantamweight belt in 2012. As the No. 1 pound-for-pound female fighter in the world, she’s a game-changer and is making something happen that UFC Commissioner Dana White promised would never occur: a woman is to compete in the Octagon. She’s the first female MMA fighter to sign with UFC, and you can expect her debut in early 2013.”

Rousey has had a stellar year both inside and outside of the cage and if she can continue her winning ways in 2013 then her star power is only going to continue to rise which would be very good news indeed for the UFC.
