UFC 171 Weigh-In Results And Video

The weigh-ins for tomorrow night’s UFC 171 event have now taken place and you can see what all the fighters tipped the scales at below.

There was almost an unexpected issue when the two welterweight title contenders hit the scales as Hendricks initially came in at 171.5lbs despite diet guru Mike Dolce being by his side. Since it’s a championship fight he needed to be 170 and so he was given an additional two hours to make the weight.

Despite looking drawn and appearing to be visibly shaking during his first attempt, Hendricks did successfully make the 170lb mark at the second try later on and so the title fight goes ahead as planned.

Earlier in the weigh-ins Renee Forte came in at 157lbs and so he’ll now forfeit 20% of his purse to Frank Trevino, but the fight still goes ahead.
