UFC 332 Bonus Awards

UFC 332 Bonus Awards

Following last night’s UFC 332 event the recipients of the evening’s $100,000 bonus awards were announced.

On a night filled with fast finishes the UFC opted for four ‘Performance Of The Night’ awards, and that included Roman Kopylov, who slickly steered clear of Ateba Gautier’s early power punches and soon after began punishing him with piston-like straight lefts. One of them rocked Gautier mid-way through the first round, with a right hand then sending him to the canvas, before sealing the TKO finish with a barrage of hammerfists.

Imanol Rodriguez earned his performance bonus on the featured prelim, quickly putting Alden Coria in trouble with his fast boxing combinations. He was working well to the body and that paid off when he delivered a front kick to the midsection that put him down, before following up with ground-and-pound to win by TKO.

Damian Pinas was also in on the bonus action after he took just 75 seconds to KO Andrey Pulyaev with a brutal uppercut that broke his jaw.

The final bonus went to Johnny Walker, who made his heavyweight debut in style by knocking out Mick Parkin in the first round with a big knee to the jaw from the muay thai clinch that put him out cold.
