The UFC confirmed a few days ago that Michael Bisping Vs Vitor Belfort would headline a show in Brazil on January 19th, but until now we didn’t know where the event would air.
Yesterday, Dana White stated that it will be called ‘UFC On FX 7’, confirming our earlier feeling that this was going to be a free-to-air event.
Interestingly, the event is also set for a Saturday night, whereas the FX cards have up until this point been scheduled for Friday nights.
This suggests that FX may well be abandoning Friday night’s altogether for MMA programming after also recently announcing that The Ultimate Fighter would be moving to a different week-day night for it’s next season in 2013.
