Watch This Scary Video Of The Aftermath Of Miguel Torres KO Loss To Michael McDonald At UFC 145

Never before seen footage of Michael McDonald’s big knockout win over Miguel Torres at UFC 145 last year has emerged showing just how dazed and confused the former WEC champion was immediately afterwards.

In the clip, drawn from both video and audio footage from the UFC’s own live event stream which offered viewers a choice of multiple angles as the fights unfolded that weren’t shown on the TV broadcast, Torres can be seen struggling to get his legs under him after regaining consciousness, then sitting slumped on a stool.

He shows signs of memory loss as he doesn’t appear to know which weight class he’d just fought in, and can be heard asking his coach Firas Zahabi if it was Mark Hominick that he had just fought (he’s never fought Hominick in his career, it was Michael McDonald.)

Some short-term memory loss isn’t uncommon after a knockout like this, but it’s still unpleasant to see. For the record Torres was OK after the second KO defeat of his career, but the loss did mark his final fight in the UFC.

He’s since gone on to sign for World Series Of Fighting where he lost a split decision to Marlon Moraes back in November of last year.
