Yadier del Valle sent Darren Elkins into retirement with a TKO loss just 35 seconds into their fight at UFC Fight Night 284 in Las Vegas.

Low kick from Valle that Elkins kicks and tries to work a takedown from, but Valle scrambles and gets back upright.
Valle lands a left hook immediately upon standing that puts Elkins back on his heels.
Valle moves in to capitalize and lands a flush left hook that drops Elkins hard! And that’s it, the ref has seen enough and steps in to end the fight, with del Valle’s win coming by TKO just 35 seconds into the first round.
That wasn’t the ending to his long career that Elkins was hoping for, but at 42-years-old he got to do what he loves for longer than most.
