FOX Sports have released a behind-the-scenes look at Miesha Tate’s fight week as she got ready for a second fight with her sworn enemy Ronda Rousey at UFC 168 back in December.
Tate did better than her first encounter with Rousey, taking her into the third round for the first time in her career, but ultimately succumbing to another armbar.
She’ll now attempt to get back to winning ways in another tough fight with Liz Carmouche at UFC On FOX 11 on April 19th.
