Tom Aspinall is the UFC’s new interim heavyweight champion after knocking out Sergei Pavlovich in 69 seconds tonighht at UFC 295 in New York City.
Round One:
Hard calf kick from Aspinall to start lands with impact. Missed push kick from the Brit. Now he goes back to the calf kick. There’s an exchange of punches and Pavlovich’s punches lands harder.
Leg kick for Aspinall. He just gets his head out of the way as Pavlovich looks to land another power punch.
Aspinall lands a big right hand off the temple that rocks Pavlovich and a follow-up right hook sends him crashing to the canvas for a KO finish at 69 seconds of the first round.
