UFC Makes Quick Return To London On July 23rd

After a stellar Fight Night show in London, England in March, Dana White vowed to return before the end of the year, and it turns out it’ll happen earlier than anyone expected – July 23rd to be exact.

“What’s better than one #UFCLondon?” the UFC On BT Sport channel on Twitter asked fans. “How about two in the same year!

“After an incredible night in March, the UFC Octagon will return to London on !

“Let’s run it back! “

The first UFC: London event since the Covid outbreak in 2020 was a home-run for the promotion, with a full O2 area providing a terrific atmosphere as a host of local heroes outdid themselves in the Octagon with some of the year’s best performances, leading to an elated White dishes out bonuses to every fighter who had delivered a finish on the night.

Among the biggest winners on the night were main event winner Tom Aspinall, who produced a first round ‘Performance Of The Night’ submission finish against Alexander Volkov, and Arnold Allen, who TKO’d Dan Hooker during an action-packed opening round.

That wasn’t all though as rising star Paddy Pimblett had the crowd eating out of his hand with a first round submission finish against Kazula Vargas, while Molly McCann clocked up one of the year’s best finishes with a final round spinning back elbow KO of Luana Carolina.

Given their fan-favorite’s status in the UK, it’s likely that we’ll be seeing many, if not all, of those fighters again on the upcoming card, though no fights have been officially announced for it as yet.
