UFC On ESPN 56 takes place this coming Saturday night, 11th May in St. Louis and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.
Headlining the event will be a heavyweight clash between Derrick Lewis, who has lost four of his last five fights, and Rodrigo Nascimento, who is on a three-fight winning streak.
In the co-main event we have Joaquin Buckley and Nursulton Ruziboev, who both showed off their striking prowess with TKO wins on the same card just over a month ago.
Alonzo Menifield comes in off a five-fight unbeaten stretch to face Carlos Ulberg, who coincidentally has won in his last five Octagon appearances.
Diego Ferreira shook off a three-fight losing streak when he KO’d Michael Johnson a year ago and now he returns to fight Mateusz Rebecki, who has won all three of his UFC fights so far to extend his career record to 19-1.
Alex Caceres looks to bounce back from a decision loss last time out when he fights Sean Woodson, who is unbeaten in his last five bouts.
Opening up the main card will be heavyweight action as Waldo Cortes-Acosta looks to build on back-to-back wins as he squares up to Robelis Despaigne who earned an 18 second TKO victory in his UFC debut in March.
