Watch Former UFC Fighter Ross Pearson’s Devastating Knockout Loss To Rare Technique

Former UFC fighter Ross Pearson’s return to fighting after a brief retirement at Probellum 1 in London this weekend proved to be ill-fated as we was the victim of a rare kick that resulted in a devastating knockout loss.

The 35-year-old Pearson was fighting Davy Gallon, a 16-7 veteran of regional promotions who was coming off back-to-back losses himself, but he was clearly in inspired form on the night as late in the third round he attempted a rarely seen and hard to execute ‘rolling thunder’ kick and it landed cleanly and brutally knocked out Pearson.

Due to the spectacular nature of the finish the video is now going viral and it may well leave Pearson rueing his decision to step back into the cage, leaving him with an overall 20-17 (+1nc) record.

Check out footage of the stunning finish below.
