Video: Sean Strickland Holds Man At Gunpoint Outside His Home

UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland has posted CCTV footage of him pulling a pistol on a man outside of his home in Las Vegas who he thought was trying to steal from him.

The video shows a man stumbling as he runs down the street in front of Strickland’s home, then going into his driveway and ducking down inbetween two of his vehicles.

Strickland saw what was happening and assumed the man was trying to steal his car and is then seen rushing outside with a gun in his hand and holding the suspect at gunpoint.

The footage then skips forward to Strickland shoving the man to the ground while stood on the road, then telling him to “stay the f*ck down” until the police arrive.

Strickland has since realized that the drunken man wasn’t looking to steal his car, and instead was trying to hide after having allegedly attacked a woman at a different location, then wrecked his car while trying to flee the scene, before eventually ending up running on foot until he reached the UFC champ’s property.

“The guy was drunk stomping out a girl, a security guard seen it, he jumped in his car and drove off,” Strickland wrote on Instagram. “Security followed him, hit a curb, completely shredded his tire, drove on the rim for awhile then jumped out and tried to hide at my house. I initially thought he was stealing my car. He was arrested.”

“The guy was beating up a girl and fled drunk from security, wrecked his car, drove on the rim till it couldn’t drive and took off on foot hiding at my house,” Strickland also explained to a fan on Twitter.“Had to turn himself into police in the morning.”
